Alectra Electrical Box
17 Designs offers public art! This is a good example of artwork created by artist @stellajurgen for an Alectra electrical box located in Lisgar, Mississauga. This artwork was sponsored by Alectra and it was a partnership between Mississauga Arts Council, Ward 9 and Alectra to provide paying opportunities to artists. This design was created after an intense research to the area that included the Osprey Marsh trail and historical sites. The end result is a combination of illustrations of the flora and fauna existing in the marsh, photography on location by the artist and historical photos of Lisgar buildings.
